Ninebot F40 - Est-elle débridée ?

Bonjour, 

Je suis l'heureux propriétaire d'une Ninebot F40 achetée d'occasion il y a quelques jours. J'aimerai savoir si elle est débridée car j'arrive à 29 ou 30 kmh en descente, et 27/28 sur plat. Je fais 120kg, soit la limite pour cette trottinette. Je suis épaté des performances mais je n'en demande pas tant et je ne souhaite pas l'abimer alors que 25 kmh me suffisent amplement.

Si elle est débridée y a t'il un moyen pour repasser d'origine ?
