bonjour 

après certains renseignements collectés par un revendeur sur ce scooter il n'a pas d'anti- démarrage. 

Sur le cadenas de couleur vert du tableau de bord ne se déverrouille pas (photo  jointe ) et le scooter se bloque, la panne provient d'ailleurs?

Quelqu'un a t il déjà rencontré se problème?
