There is only 60V (+) (-) from the controller. Then it goes to the switch and from the switch there are 60V to the light and 60V to the horn in the light. Turn signals are connected elswhere. You may have broken the cable or the light /horn itself (moisture). Measure if you get 60V to the headlight after switching it on with the switch.
  2. Folding preserved. Rock solid (0.000000 play) over 4000Km daily on cobblestones ;o)

You need to modify the bush bearings in the arm. I have changed them multiple times, then decide to try a workaround. Holding rock solid (0.00000 play) about 3000Km riding on cobblestones daily. First reduced the diameter and then applied a solder (heating the bushing a lot).

About the PMT tires - have to order different rims in order to be able to use PMT tires (e-fire 10x3) and use tubes. Yet it worth every penny spent. Already had experience with these tires so it was a must have to do. Now comparing to the stock tires I found they tried to kill me all the time Now I never go back to any other nylon "tires" - even CST does not getting close to it. https://dualtron.uk/products/rim-for-dualtron-eagle-pro-10-inch-split-design https://www.pmt-tyres.it/en/prodotto/e-fire-10-x-3/

Beware of wrong info. If you are asking about PMT E-Fire 10x3 those are R6.0 and Speedway 5 has 6.5 Rims. I am currently purchasing Rims for Dualtron Eagle (R6.0) to mount the PMT tires. No other will fit and all R6.5 PMT tires are too big for the fork.
