Bonjour, voici mon avis posté sur le site Trustpilot après mon expérience Begode : "Very disappointed by after sale I live in France and purchased a Begode A5 directly from the Begode.com website. I rode the wheel for around 1,300 km before selling it to someone who lives about 300 km from me. Before shipping it, I enabled Transport Mode, following the recommended procedure. Unfortunately, this caused a software issue: after the buyer received the wheel, he was not able to power it on by pressing the button. I immediately advised him to contact Begode.com through their live chat, as the wheel was still under warranty. However, Begode refused to help him, despite the fact that the wheel was still covered by the warranty. As a result, I am now dealing with a dispute with the buyer over an issue that appeared to be caused by the wheel's software and should have been handled by the manufacturer. This is extremely disappointing. I expected much better after-sales support from a company selling expensive products internationally. I strongly recommend being cautious before buying from Begode. In my experience, their customer support does not seem to care about their customers once the sale has been made."
