Today i have received the scooter after >70 days  but everything is ok.

Mine was created 06/11 and YESTERDAY status was changed to scanning! and its currently in transit. Based on my knowlage i can estimate that if your label was created 29/11 than status will change by the end of January or beggining of February.

Regarding the follow-up, Bruce stopped responding to the messages for a while, so I had to apply for a refund. 1 week after the request he provided this screenshot :

then a few days later, another screenshot (which does not seem to concern the same shipment as the first screenshot):

I then send a message via the refund procedure saying that it is still doing anything and this information is not correct. He then sent me a message via the chat (it was a long time), saying that customs clearance in the Czech Republic (while in the last screenshot the package was supposed to be in Poland> <) is over and that things should move in the coming days (this message is dated 4/1).

Since the deadline imposed by Alibaba to provide proof of shipment has ended. They are now asking for a shipping number and a site to view the tracking. He has 8 more days to give news.

It does not move masses, still no real information. Given the bullshit that Bruce says I do not even know if he really sent the package. the UPS tracking number is still inactive.

I think it will come a day but you really do not have to be in a hurry. For all future interested, avoid the shop "Sparcklewheel" is the worst seller I've ever seen  ?

 

When your UPS label was created? Today someone get z scooter from 31.10. Mine is from 06.11 and im still waiting.

Fuck a littlebit to late .. im also waiitng 70 days for now without any additional informations taht i will get my scooter soon.

If you are patient and 70 days? for you it's not a problem then you can order

Bruce has choosen the worst way to start a business with UE....

I get a msg from Bruce that my scooter is in Czech currently so probably one of those with a curse to Poland is mine

im ok with waiting but its a shame that there is no information from Bruce about delays and so on ...

Unfortunately, I do not know these numbers and I do not see them anywhere in my order. I hope this is it. Can you paste a screen for me? My scooter has a weight of 32 / 33kg, at least this info should be correct.

I have also ordered scooter from Bruce 27.10.... 2 months and i have received just one tracking number from Germany to Poland but no other information about tracking from China to Germany .... Last information from Bruce? "You will get it soon". Very low quality of communication with this guy .... no information about delivery ... he could even say that scooter arrive beggining of Feburary or something like that (ok for me) but Bruce thinks that "0" information is better .... I feel cheated...

Im from Poland and im looking for a proper electric scooter for me. Why im writing to you? Escooters are not as popular in Poland as in France, Spain or in Russia so i have tried to find forum with a little information than we have localy. Im looking something with Speedway 4 mini Pro parameters. I hear about Ruima but i have found a few informations that batteries are loosing their capacity after 3 months? I have a plan to ride only on roads, with my doughter (to school) and than take it to car and ride to work, so i need more range than 20km. What do you propose? SW4miniPro is not available at the moment (only 13,6Ah version) and they have also increase the price. My budget is 1k EUR lets say. Is there any rational alternative to the Speedway scooter?
