Hello
I have a new Inmotion V8 bought two months ago (SN 1190F85E1AC90345).
I already had two power cuts just after starting at low speed (less than 6Km/h, an audible message followed by an immediate cut, and fall on the road) with 34% battery.
Here attached files of upload log of my wheel.
Could you analyze them to confirm if my wheel has a problem?

I want to know why you have logs, only we can find the log.
Please replace the mainboard first.

I have launch 'Upload log' in Inmotion apps (see up load log.jpg attached file).
Could you answer me if my product is failed and what can I do to repare it ?
Nota:
There is also another malfunction: sometime, at power on, the battery level indicator is at lower level (no one bar displayed), and it is restored to full level after nearly 3 seconds...

Hi,
Yes, we checked your log and don't found error.
Based on your description , need to replace the mainboard first, if still can't, then need to replace the battery.
After checked, the SN out of warranty, y ou can ask for help from a dealer who offers you a V8.
