Je rencontre un problème avec la trottinette électrique Duaton Mini 13 Ah. La batterie se chargeait puis se déconnectait, puis elle a cessé complètement de se charger et de fonctionner, même si elle fonctionnait bien auparavant. J'ai ouvert la trottinette et tout semblait normal. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'expliquer comment identifier le problème?
