Can I get an EUC insurance in France and transfer it for use in the UK?

it's up to your insurer to ask the question.  Not knowing the British regulations, it is difficult to answer

Thanks for the reply, I just want to know if it is possible to get the insurance in France ?? but with a UK ?? address. 

If it is for use in France, yes why not but again an insurance specialist could give you a clear answer.

and in England, there is no insurance likely to assure you?
